REAL ESTATE DO-NOT-CONTACT POLICY Requests can be in writing, by phone or by email, and must include your name, mailing address, and telephone number. Requests regarding telephone calls should include all telephone numbers that are to be included on the ‘Do-Not-Contact’ List. It may take up to 30 days for the change to take effect. Requests to be removed from direct mailings should include your address in addition to name and phone number, and similarly may take up to 30 days to take effect.
