Principal Broker and Owner Karen Frisone started in the industry in residential sales in Westminster and then moved on to property management where she learned every aspect of a home’s infrastructure, from foundations and roofing to plumbing, electricity, flooring, HVAC, repair, remodeling, maintenance and more. In addition, Ms. Frisone was schooled in the details of assessing a property for potential problems, preparing a property for a successful sale, financing and qualification standards, and the marketing and management to achieve all established goals.
